Privacy Policy

JHS Brands Corp ("we," "us," or "our") provides Run With AI. This policy explains how the app handles information when a Shopify merchant installs the app and connects it to ChatGPT.

Information we process

• Shopify store identity, installation status, granted permissions, and encrypted authentication credentials.
• The product, collection, page, and blog-article content needed to answer a merchant request or prepare an approved store change.
• If the merchant enables optional capabilities, aggregate sales reports, operational order summaries, and inventory quantities and locations needed for the requested tool or approved correction.
• ChatGPT connection identifiers, OAuth grants, connection status, and security tokens stored in encrypted or hashed form as appropriate.
• Limited security and activity records such as tool name, result, timestamp, and the type of resource involved.

Order tools intentionally exclude customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing or shipping addresses. The app does not process payment credentials and does not directly edit theme code.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate the merchant, verify an active subscription, operate the requested Shopify tools, show change previews, apply merchant-approved changes, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

The service relies on Shopify for installation, store APIs, and billing; OpenAI for the merchant-authorized ChatGPT experience; and Fly.io for application hosting. Information is shared only as needed to provide these functions, comply with law, or protect the service and its users. We do not sell merchant or store data.

Retention and deletion

We retain operational records only as long as needed to provide and secure the service. Disconnecting ChatGPT revokes that connection. Uninstalling the app revokes Shopify credentials and active grants. Shopify privacy webhooks are supported, including shop-redaction requests that delete the tenant and associated records.

Security

Credentials are encrypted at rest, access tokens are scoped, writes require a preview-and-approval workflow, and entitlement is checked on the server. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Merchants can disconnect ChatGPT inside the app, uninstall the app from Shopify, or contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of app data. Shopify may also forward applicable privacy requests to us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
