Terms of Service

Effective August 22, 2026

These terms govern use of Run With AI, provided by JHS Brands Corp. By installing or using the app, the merchant agrees to these terms and represents that they are authorized to manage the connected Shopify store.

The service

The app lets an authorized merchant connect Shopify store tools to a personal ChatGPT account. The service supports reading and merchant-approved updates to products, collections, pages, and blog articles. Merchants may separately enable sales analytics, order summaries, and inventory management. Customer identity, payments, refunds, fulfillment actions, and direct theme-code editing are not included.

Merchant responsibility

The merchant is responsible for prompts, reviewed previews, approved changes, store content, account security, and compliance with laws and platform policies. AI-generated suggestions can be inaccurate and must be reviewed before approval.

Subscription

The service is offered as one recurring plan at $19.97 USD every 30 days, billed through Shopify. Shopify controls billing approval, cancellation, and applicable refunds. Connector access requires an active subscription and is disabled when the subscription or Shopify installation is no longer active.

Acceptable use

Merchants may not use the service to violate law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, or another person's rights; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; or interfere with the service.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. The service depends on Shopify, OpenAI, hosting, and network services outside our control, so uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and without implied warranties. JHS Brands Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the service.

Termination

A merchant may stop using the service by disconnecting ChatGPT, canceling the plan, or uninstalling the app. We may restrict access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
